Camaro Custom Club - Belgium
| > | Do not be fooled by the Clubs name, which does not answer to the latest developments anymore. We have 200 members with a Corvette. Information: As of this being written, the Club boasts some 400 regular members, putting it at the top as Belgiums largest and most proffessionaly organized association of its kind. Besides publishing a 68-page tri-monthly newsletter (in Dutch obviously) the Club concurrently organizes about six one-day regional meetings and cruises for member owned vehicles. As for an opening to the general public, a 2-day international meet admitting all car makes of U.S. origins is held once a year. This meeting is called American Power on Wheels. Currently, the Club fleet consist of ± 80 Camaros, ± 160 Corvettes, ± 110 Firebirds and Trans Ams and some 50 miscellaneous U.S. Cars. Their owners originate from following countries : Switzerland : 1, U.S.A : 1, Luxembourg : 5, Spain : 1, France : 1, The Netherlands : 75, the balance being made up by Belgians. Their car pool comprises Fiftys Corvettes along with the powerful ZR-1, and ranges from 1st generation Camaros and Firebirds onward to the most recent models.
